All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by EnigmaCyber LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services for their intended purpose.

5.3 Restrictions

• Reverse engineer our software
• Use our services for any unlawful purpose

We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We do not guarantee that our services will detect all security threats.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EnigmaCyber LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EnigmaCyber LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

11.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination.

11.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms, without prior notice.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
